Case Study: Branding & Recruitment Campaign for ConnectWell Community Health Volunteer Champions


ConnectWell Community Health sought to expand and engage their volunteer base while strengthening community connections. They needed a cohesive brand identity and a suite of materials to support recruitment, training, and recognition—ensuring volunteers felt valued and informed.

From there, we built a comprehensive recruitment and engagement campaign. A key component was the design of visually compelling materials to support volunteer engagement.

These materials included a range of print and digital assets, which included:

  • Naming the program and developing a tagline to align with ConnectWell’s mission
  • A distinctive brand identity with a strong visual presence
  • Engaging recruitment materials, with compelling copy to inspire and inform
  • A full suite of onboarding and training forms, designed for clarity and ease of use
  • The Volunteer Handbook, a clear and accessible guide to onboarding and training
  • Custom-designed training and recognition assets, from banners to thank you cards
  • Professional copywriting for key materials, including the Volunteer Handbook and all print and digital assets
  • Professional photography, capturing volunteers in action to showcase the impact of their work
  • A compelling video, featuring ConnectWell leadership and volunteers sharing the impact of their work (watch here)

The Volunteer Champions initiative launched with a bold, professional presence, equipping ConnectWell with the tools to attract, train, and retain volunteers more effectively.
